Speciall Fabricators Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
At Speciall Fabricators, we are committed to delivering high-quality agro-industrial and fabrication machinery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our refund and returns policy is designed to ensure a smooth and fair process.

Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or operational reasons, including:

  • Perishable items (food, flowers, etc.)

Partial Refunds

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time to post

  3. Contact your bank, which may also have processing delays

Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the gift was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them.

Shipping Returns
